Concept Art

I have done some concept art lately and I thought I could show the process.

So first I try to come up with some fun concepts. I use two different ways of doing this, one where I paint with aquarelle and then paint over with a tusj. 

The other method is just painting with tusj from the start. hehe.

Then I try to figure out what's going on in the first concept and clarify it. I change the design a little and add some details.

At the end I draw the character over again on the computer and this time I add a lot of detail and then some colors.

 The character is changing a little for each stage as it gets more detailed.

 I try to keep the feel from the original drawing, something i find very hard.
